Ah yes, like how you have blended geometrical design and portrait drawing. I do think some thinner and finer lines in addition to the thick ones that you have here, would give the drawing a more detailed and neater look. And I don't advice to chop off the top of the head...

Cool! I like the texture and the monochromatic hues. And the face is spot on. I would love to see some more like this. Any reason why it's cropped just at the crown of the head though? It could use some breathing room up there.
